    Called on a Sunday spoke with Justin & set up an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came, no call, no show, so I called & spoke with Stephanie. She said there was no appointment scheduled, so she would call me back after she spoke with Justin. No call, so I called back the next day & set an appointment for Friday. No call, no show again.

    Overall, a horrible, annoying experience with this company (INNOV AIR). I would rate them a -5 if I could. I honestly despise this company and I do not recommend them to ANYONE!!! I'm not sure where to began with this company. But I'll try, they were fast to come out and install the system, I was converting to refrigerated air from a swamp cooler. I dealt mainly with Justin, the owner or foreman, not sure. Who ever he is, he does not communicate at all and does not have professionalism, just excuses. The only reason he would communicate with me after i found out he installed the wrong condenser (i was furious), was because I called what must have been 30 times and many texts later. I bombarded him with calls until he answered and I told him he MUST make me a priority because of his screw up.

    The Cons: They installed the wrong condenser, the workers did a horrible, horrible job installing it, they left exposed wiring on the condenser, they removed a hose on the ceiling and didn't patch it up allowing for water to enter and ruin my new roof, after I told them SEVERAL times to patch it up, they left a big hole in the ceiling where the old furnace unit sat, they broke a gas pipe taking them for ever to fix it and delaying everything, I ended up installing the main vent that sits below the furnace myself because his worker wanted to do some mediocre work installing it, they didn't turn the water heater making my mother take a cold bath that evening. Also we were left without a form of cooling my home for the night ( that evening was 96° and the next day 100°) and the entire next day. Mind you this is my mother's home and she is elderly, *****I only found this horrible labor because I was going and inspecting everything myself and I was left babysitting his workers because Justin nor anyone else came by to inspect their work. *****I called Justin, what seemed every day and for every problem I had he just had excuses. They finally completed what was promised of my new system in about two weeks!!!! To this day I still have not signed any paperwork, nor heard from Justin AT ALL! He promised two years worth of new filters, I wonder how thats going to work or if I'm not getting what Justin promised.

    The pros: (should also be a con though) He did go all the way to Albuquerque to pick up the correct condenser that he promised to sell to me. But it took a battle of words for him to do that, and he wasn't going to pick up a new system for me, until I told him he would need to come and take all his equipment out of my home and issue me a refund!

    Just avoid Justin and INNOV AIR at all costs and avoid any headaches and go check your systems if they already installed it because I guarantee they cut corners on your labor.

    I was having such a hard time picking someone to replace my AC considering there is so many options, however I can surely say I chose the right business. They were the most professional, they were on time and the owner himself made sure the services were up to his standards. I couldn’t have chosen someone better!

    Terrible Customer Service!!

    * Sales man offered to match a "no payment for 3 months" competitor's offer by issuing a check totalling 3 month's payment. When the deal made they never requested any proof or mentioned any policy. After installation they gave us a world of excuses for not issuing it and treated us in an very disrespectful way.

    * City permit was requested 13 days after installation and installation inspection is still pending, which means we might be in danger without knowing.

    * Sales man offered gave us a quote (we accepted), received an invoice for that amount, and at time of signing the contract the total was $390 higher. They said it was a fee charged by the bank but after calling the bank I found out it was a lie.

    * At the end owner asked us not to call him or his sales man anymore and said he would not issue the check! Just like that :(

    * I would not recommend this company at all because of their lack of ethics and respect.

    Quality and service was excellent no problems with the unit. Unfortunately my rating is because of their "refer someone and get $100" well I did and never received the $100. Claimed they mailed it. Didn't get it. Check was going to be delivered to my home. Never came. It's not the money, but follow through with your word. Very disappointed.

    My family was ready to covert to refrigerated air! Innovair was obviously the right choice, from the free estimate all the way to completion. When ever we had questions they would answer. Steady professional work! They also installed a brand new water heater in our home! Definitely recommend Justin and his team ! The house is ice cold in every room on demand, these guys are the real deal, thank you Justin and guys at innovair can finally be at peace in our home!

    Everyone was very kind & helpful. The staff is knowledgeable & caring. I replaced my dads AC, heater, and water heater; the price was great. My dad is elderly & the staff is willing to helping him with the new AC, heater if he needs it. That makes me feel good knowing he has help if I'm not there (I live in Cruces)

    It is about 24 degrees on this new year. We have been without a working heater for at least 2 months. After repeated phone calls and them not answering, we are still waiting for someone to help.They did come and try to fix it, but said they had to order a part. Since then it has been 3 weeks.Still waiting. My poor 74 year old parents are the ones that are truly suffering with this cold.
    We purchased this unit in April. We did not need the heater until October. We have had to purchase space heaters during these finacially trying times. Please help someone remedy this situation.

    Came home on a weekend to check old system on the time he said he will be there; on installation date, they were on time , installation was done, no trash left behind. Very good and professional service. Thanks Justin

    My wife and I were out of town and we had our house sitter and 4 of our fur babies home with no AC in the middle of July. EP InnoAir responded less than 6 hours from our initial phone call. They were not only were responsive but fixed the problem quickly. Our family highly recommends EP InnoAir and thank them for getting our house back to normal.
