He was on time, communicative, professional and was able to thoroughly explain what the particular problems were with the AC. For someone who knows nothing about AC systems, I felt that I understood exactly where the mishaps came from and what precautionary measures I could take to prevent them. Bounthon helped diagnose several issues with our A/C. Showed me pictures of everything, including maintenance that was not done or done incorrectly by myself and the previous company I called.

Cleaning was done improperly on external unit by previously hired company, was very obvious in pictures I was shown. Cleaning was done improperly by me on internal unit, also obvious through pictures. Previous company also said my drain was not clogged, Bounthon provided a video of water blockage and then flow before/after. Helped diagnose high electricity usage from multiple sources.
