I cannot speak for the rest of the technicians, but Jr. was great! I am glad he was the one who showed up. Jr. understood how important it was for this issue to be resolved immediately because I have a child and he (Junior) shared that he is a new dad. He was extremely professional and courteous. The HVAC technician, Junior, was very thorough in his analysis of the problem with our AC. He kept us informed, was either on time or early, and explained what was wrong with the AC, what he did to fix it and how to prevent it in the future.

Jr is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue in a manner in which I could understand, I appreciate that. He was in and out in no time, I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone anytime.

Our heat went out the day before an ice storm. The technician came out on time, early in fact, and was in/out after repairing a fried wire. Even double checked the outside unit and everything else to me thorough!
