    The service tech didn’t perform a service so I can’t really rate that. They work for AHS MY warranty company. Of course the warranty company wouldn’t cover my issue but that’s not All Safe Electrics fault. Nicole was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and why they had nothing to do with AHS decision to not cover it. So since they didn’t service me I can’t Really rate that. Customer service person was nice and tech was an hr late for service call without letting me know. So I’ll leave a 4 star for that. That’s all I can rate.

    I was a little worried because I was assigned All Safe through my home warranty, but the tech was very nice and was able to fix the (easy) problem within minutes. He even consulted on another outlet we were having trouble with for no charge.

    This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My home warranty contracted them to do work for me. It took them over a week to come for the job. They charged the co-pay did nothing and said they would come back in two days. I never recieved an update, and after calling them they emailed a quote saying that I wasn't approved under the home warranty. I agreed that the quote was acceptable, but didn't hear back from them. I had to call again only to find out that i was going to have to wait almost another week in order to get service. I cannot wash or dry clothes until this is fixed and they don't care. They keep moving my appointment and wanting more money. They actually told me they would come faster if it were under warranty. Please do not use this company. I'm also reporting them to the BBB as well as my home warranty.

    I wish I could give this company negative stars! The technician sent to my home did not know what he was doing, and he provided no information regarding the issue, except he needed another person to help determine the problem. However, the report given to the home warranty company stated that there isn’t access to the wiring-again none of this information was conveyed to me by the technician. Of course he couldn’t schedule an appointment, so I tried calling the office. The one time that I get through-the young lady was extremely rude and would not make another appointment without the technician’s report. I tried calling numerous times to check the status, and I have yet to get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend this company!

    I recently had All Safe Electric, Heating and Air Conditioning to replace/repair my HVAC system. The previous unit would blow heat for about 20 mins, then it would turn cold and trip the heater circuit breaker. This was so frustrating, especially as we were having very low temps in the area and expected some snow.

    I was glad the technicians were able to get the job done in a professional and responsive way. Thank you for your services!

    They were extremely efficient in determining root cause of the problem and following up in a timely manner with corrective action when the part became available. Easy to schedule an optimum time with their dispatcher. Very pleased with personnel and timelines
