When our wall outlets started malfunctioning, and we couldn’t figure out WHY, we called for help. Luis was professional, fast, efficient, and did I ever LEARN from him!! Not only did he fix our problem, but he gave tips, what to watch out for, and we learned new things about our home! Truly an amazing guy, I highly recommend this company!! Thank you Luis!!

Same day contact, very clear communication. Very nice gentleman came to help me. He stayed with me way longer than he needed to because of the faulty thermostat my security provider gave me. He stayed while I was on the phone with them and also helped me troubleshoot. When it was apparent nothing could be done until the security provider came out, he offered to come back the next day on his off day to help me shop for a new thermostat to install until they came out to see me. Such a great experience and a wonderful way to wow your customers, simply by showing you actually care. Well done!
