WOW, thank you for sending Larry , this young man provided the 3 most important qualities of customer service, Professionalism , Patience, and a “People-first “ attitude, . Larry showed up and went straight to resolving the issue, and before a blink of an I had heat, I had been without heat for over 5 days. I would like to commend your business on my recent installation of an electrical box. Larry my technician was prompt, courteous, and attentive to his job. We had a slogan at my previous employer “Whatever it takes” while working in customer service. Larry did just that, and I rate him a 10 from start to finish. Thanks Again.
