The appointment was set for 8 AM because I had to be at work early that day and a vehicle needed to be moved from the garage to access the attic. The tech showed up a little after 9 AM with no call or text to give a notice of the delay. The winter maintenance call amounted to pouring some sort of drain cleaner down the condensation line in the attic, checking the filter, and checking the heating element. He worked fast once he got there.

PHI came over after my mom had surgery and they were very courteous and professional!! I definitely recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs. If you want it done right the first time call PHI !!!
