I worked for this company as a temp in dispatch and had a horrible experience working for Ashley in HVAC. She was unprofessional and treated her employees like children. I left after about a month because I knew she was a toxic boss. Do yourself a favor and use a company who actually respects their employees.

Vehicle 69 cut in front of everybody waiting patiently. He drove 23 miles per hour in an empty exit lane to pass all the traffic and slowed down the exit lane in the process.

I honked at him and he had the nerve to honk back at me.

I called CBS to come out and fix our kitchen disposal. It was clogged, we couldn't figure out how to unclog it. Skyler came out and had the drain cleared in no time. He was very respectful and knowledgeable and had the best customer service. Thank you Skyler!

Not a very reputable company. After rearranging work schedule to fit their schedule, telling me they would be here between 1-4, they showed up an hour early, at noon. Needless to say, I was not at home at this time. Charged me for the service call anyway.

My mom was hired here. She has 15 years experience in the medical field/office work. After 2 days she was already taking phone calls, doing bids, proposals, working on the computer, etc. The next day she received an email saying she was not fit for the job. This company does not treat its employers well, and if I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I paid them $500 to repair a plumbing leak. The 'new' faucet they put in began leaking in the 1st week. I scheduled an 'I am in no way available before noon because of work' appointment. They called to confirm at 11am. When I was unavailable to take the call I was taken off the schedule. When I called to attempt to reschedule I was treated VERY disrespectfully by an employee named Liz. I will never use this company again and would recommend the same.

Called a gentleman named Bryan to come give a bid on damaged equipment. Didn't show up for 2 appointments. I finally get the gentleman to show up on the third, then after 15 minutes into the walk through he decides to no bid my project. Referencing he doesn't feel comfortable working on high in sinks, showers toilets. Claimed he didn't do sinks , he didn't do toilets, he didn't do washing machine hookups. He didn't want to bid for things that may be damaged/changed by other repairs happening on the project.

Had a freezer down, called them and they squeezed us in. Fast, Quick and reasonably priced. Very professional and knew what they are doing. Would highly recommend

Called for A/C guys and after paying over $300 in repairs, I had to call another company. Don't use their services. Very bad experience.
