Friendly staff, which was awesome. The website stated they had what I needed in stock, but they didn't, so I'll order it & have it when I come back through. Store was well lit, clean, organized, & inviting. The best part was the friendly staff willing to help.

Always helpful sales staff. Great quality products and great prices. Store is always clean and only thing that I find bad is, I can't go in and buy only what I intended, I always buy more stuff LOL

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER drop your equipment for repair here. I dropped my pressure washer off for 1 fitting to be replaced on 4/24/22. Today is 9/7/22🤯
That’s almost HALF OF A YEAR!
I thought patience would have value, and only called once to check and the guy said he didn’t know what he was doing and the right guy would be in the next day🤣. Then a lady called on 9/6/22 to discuss what parts to order. SERIOUSLY????
It just became more of a joke as I go in to pick up my still broken washer. The front lady proceeds to tell me the service guy quit right around the time I dropped it off. WOW! Nice of y’all to communicate with me (heavy sarcasm)!! The last straw was, the front lady radio’d the manager to come up and help me, and I was the ONLY person in the store. Still waited 20 min for this guy to leave me hanging. Absolute joke and useless in repairing your equipment!!!

Very good experience at the Denton location. Carlos was exceptional in knowledge and communication.
