Roman was awesome. He diagnosed the problem. He explained everything very clearly and gave several options. We appreciated his honesty. We definitely recommend Rescue Air.

Alex and Chase completed a furnace install on 5/12/23.

They did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness during the install, explained every step thoroughly and walked me through filter replacement when they completed the install.

We are newer homeowners and our AC inside unit was original to the house (80s) while the outside was not keeping up. We had cleaned the coils to prevent the iced over issues and get AC working after it suddenly stopped then water leaked into our closet! After researching companies we called Rescue Air and had a scheduled appointment. Andrew came to diagnose and immediately showed knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Our outside unit was using discontinued coolant and long story short, it was time to replace everything (we expected this might happen). He walked us through options and we were able to not only get it installed same day (I’m talking entire HVAC replacement) but finance too (phew). Chase and Alex came to install everything and were so friendly, productive, and professional. They even did it in rain with a tarp (thank you, guys)! We are stoked to join the Rescue Air family and know we are supported in rain or shine. Ps. Holy cow the new HVAC is AWESOME and well worth it.

I have had the best experience with this company. Extremely knowledgeable, punctual, great communication, friendly technicians and no taking advantage of you! They are honest about what is actually necessary vs. what would be helpful to do. I highly recommend this company! Alexander, Cassi and Kyle have been my techs and all of them have been great!

Oscar is amazing! He fixed everything that another plumber had botched. He made sure everything was up to code. He explained everything to us, was on time, had great communication and completed everything perfectly. I will never use another plumbing company again.

Fantastic experience! Conner was simply amazing!! He knew what the issue was with our tankless water heater. He took his time to explain why it stopped working and what he did to fix it. He was extremely polite, cordial and very informative. The service was reasonably priced too. I'm so so grateful for the incredible service and of course to have hot water again. Thank you Conner and Rescue Air!

Poor and unprofessional customer experience with the technician who came to provide a quote for an HVAC system replacement.
Most companies provide the same services and cost. Do not waste your time with this one.

We called Tuesday as our wifi thermostat would not connect/was dead, so we weren’t getting any ac. Cassie came out that same day and was very kind and professional. She explained everything as she went and helped me improve my knowledge of our system (I know nothing of AC). She was very cautious of keeping her shoe protectors on so nothing got dragged through the house, was very communicative, and gave me tips on how to take care of my ac system. She told me the reason it was turning off was the fail-safe to prevent flooding. The system was backed up and filling with water so it was automatically shutting down. She cleaned the outdoor unit and flushed the system, and got the AC up and running. Unfortunately it went down shorty after she left, but she managed to come back an hour later after her next call. She was apologetic the problem was persisting. She tried a few more things, more pressure , got it up and running, and let us know if it does it again we’d need to call in the morning for a plumber to come scope the line. Unfortunately it turned off again later that evening. The next day I called for a plumber, later finding out that Cassie herself was coming again. She came with more equipment and worked very hard to resolve our issue. She went all around the outdoors and up and down the house looking for where the water would lead out or the gases vented out. She got her manager on FaceTime and walked through everything with him trying to find if there was anything more she could do. In the end the issue was unable to be resolved, and a plumber will be coming tomorrow, but I greatly appreciate her determination to assist us and try to prevent matters from reaching the next more expensive step. She went above and beyond and drained the water from the unit that was sitting so that it would let our AC turn on so we could hopefully get a cool night in. She was very thoughtful and professional, but also personable and determined to help. I greatly appreciate that in a service provider. Its the kind of thing you look for to keep you coming back; people who seem like they genuinely care. As I said, our issue has yet to be resolved so my next review will hopefully be just as positive. The phone staff was also very pleasant and helpful, and the manager I exchanged texts with was also very prompt and responsive. Overall great experience thus far! Definitely recommend the company and specifically Cassie!

Update: To further assess our issue, Kyle and Dennis came out, both plumbers, and they were able to locate both the exits for the AC and the water heater. The AC managed to stay on throughout the night, and when they checked the unit they didn’t see any water backed up inside. They originally were coming to scope the pipe but after further inspection told us we have an old copper pipe running from our unit and that to scope it would risk causing more damage since copper becomes brittle with age. They gave us a cheaper alternative solution if the problem should come back than was the ‘next step’ originally planned after the plumbers/scoping. They also discovered water in the pan of our water heater and gave us quotes for repairs. They weren’t pushy at all, and even cleaned up the water that was there. They left a paper towel in and said if it’s wet the next day we have a leak and to give them a call. Kyle was very friendly and answered all my questions without any signs of it being a bother. Kyle and Dennis communicated well both made me feel comfortable and that they actually cared about both getting our issues resolved and not gouging our pockets. Like Cassie they were very good about putting on their shoe covers so they didn’t accidentally track anything in the house. They even took the wet paper towels with them. Overall I have had an extremely positive experience with this company and the employees I have either talked to via phone or that have come into my home to perform the maintenance. I would very highly recommend Cassie, Kyle, and Dennis.

Rescue heating and cooling sent a gentleman by the name of Tyler. He was very professional very informative. Just a great conversation overall. He answered all of my questions and gave detailed advice on what he thought was best.
He wasn’t in a hurry and wasn’t pushing the sale. We were just getting started with an estimate. I’m very impressed with his response.
I did use Rescue heat and air. Tyler came out with a protégé by the name of Bobby and they did a great job, installing a new line and a faucet, and I was very satisfied.
