***UPDATE 2*** Rachel and Cassi were able to squeeze us in today, and we felt very taken care of by Cassi, and appreciate them both very much. This has been an emotional rollercoaster, but we’re hopeful for positive news going forward.
***UPDATE*** It’s been almost 5 weeks and the system failed inspection TWICE by the city. The team came back out yesterday to address the inspector’s request again. Now that that has been completed the a/c does not work. We’ve had it on 72 all day, and came home from Houston and our house was 77 degrees. I put it down to 70 an hour ago, and now our house is 78 degrees, with the system running the whole time.
Called the number and we’re having to wait until the “on call” gets in tomorrow morning. Meanwhile, we’re paying 16k to sit in a hot house, and I’m 7 months pregnant and desperately trying to stay healthy and cool. Really, really disappointed and in despair at this point. Cannot in good conscience recommend.
Our A/C stopped working suddenly and we didn't notice until it was 11 PM. We called and spoke with a Representative who put us on the list for a service call the next day. Matthew came to our home and spent some time figuring out the problem that next afternoon. From there, we were able to select a new system that worked for us. No time wasted, the following morning at 9 am, we had the installers here, Chase and Alex. Our experience has been very positive with each interaction. We were kept informed of where everyone was, and timeframes were set and kept. While purchasing a new system is not an expense anyone wants to be faced with, we feel we were given fast, friendly, and aboveall, fair service. Matthew, Chase, and Alex were extremely professional and courteous, not to mention forthcoming and efficient.
We’ve been using Rescue Air for years. This will be the third house we’ve bought and had them install new units. Have and would recommend them to friends.

These guys are either clowns or don't know what they're doing. We called them out for a diagnostic and to turn on the pilot light for a tenant and they called me back and said there's nothing they can do because the system is too old and then tried to hard sell me on replacing the entire system. I told them no thanks and called another guy who figured out the control board wasn't making a clean contact. Cleaned it up, turned on the pilot, and the system works great! I paid the other company $150 for a service call and I'm more than grateful they were honest to repair it vs Rescue Air's only option to replace. Rescue air should be ashamed of themselves and I will warn anyone that asks for a recommendation against these guys
Edit: so you’re saying you don’t know how to repair, just replace. The other company had no problem repairing
Quick same day service, Joe was extremely polite and detailed on his assessment, he made the information easy to understand. I would highly recommend them.
Alexander and team were very professional and courteous. He was able to answer all of our questions and walked us through our options without selling it. Happy with the quote and the service!
Tyler was able to figure out our outdoor drainage issue in 1 short visit! If he didn't dig in to see what was happening, we could have left our mess assuming it will cost $$$ to fix the issue. Thanks Tyler!
I had an issue where Atmos turned my gas off due to a potential leak and wouldn't turn it back on until it was inspected and determined there was no leak or the leak was fixed.
I called Rescue Air and they were quick to send Oscar out to do a proper inspection, which concluded that there was no leak. I really appreciate the speed and efficiency of Randy and Oscar. They made sure that my issue was resolved and explained to me in detail with visuals of their readings. I will definitely use Rescue Air again for my future needs.
Zac came to do a routine inspection on our systems. He was extremely helpful and thorough, providing insight on every little detail which I greatly appreciated. Make sure to request him as your technician for the best service.
