Great professional fast service! I had a gas leak due to lightning hitting my home. Buddy did an excellent job isolating the issue and replacing the gas line.

Oscar is AWESOME!
He corrected a very bad and very dangerous installation of the spent gas exhaust on my
Navien tankless water heater. He also corrected a problem where it took 5 minutes
To get hot water to all faucets.
I am moving on from my former plumber of
10 years and will be requesting Oscar for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.I will also be trying your HVAC Family plan once the plan with my current provider expires this Fall. All of the ladies who coordinated this work were also very courteous and accommodating. So refreshing!

Roman was able to get here quickly and get our air conditioning working again. I was worried about getting the house cooled with my toddler in the house but he was able to get it fixed quickly so we could continue with our night.

Alexander provided incredible customer service. He was on time, prepared, and provided great information about the job he was doing. He knocked out the installation of a filtration system quickly and efficiently.

I’ve been burned so many times by my home warranty company, who only puts a bandaid on the car wreck. We’ve had other techs out 4 or 5 times this year already in March and April to “fix” our problems with no success. Our unit was 16 years old, and water started dripping through my kitchen recessed lighting 48hrs before I had to be out of town for a while. Naturally I panicked, called the warranty people, they said someone would call within 2 business days so I opted to do my own research and call my own choice of company. Enter Rescue Air! I called at 7:30pm on a Wednesday, they tried to finagle a same day visit but due to the lateness of my call, scheduled me for the next day. Someone was at my house by 9am the next morning! Jordan was super helpful and knowledgeable when diagnosing the problem, he actually called me upstairs and pointed out the issues and explained thoroughly how and why it was happening. Due to the severity of the problems (refrigerant leak causing it to freeze on blocks then thaw and drip, knockoff R22, and burn marks on my zone board, not to mention its life was basically over and there was a of a ton of mold from said low pressure leak), we got our whole unit replaced THE SAME DAY! It took 4 weeks to get a compressor in March, I was blown away. Chase and Alex came by around 2 in the afternoon and were very helpful and professional and patient! They took the time to answer my silly questions and talk me through how to use the new system. They even tolerated my dogs barking at them from the baby gate every time they walked by for the whole 6hrs they were there! (Furry dummies). It was an expensive day but it was such a positive experience I cannot recommend them enough. It seemed like Chase, Alex, and Jordan genuinely care about their clients and want them to a) have a functioning HVAC system but also b) understand their system. I sincerely appreciate that they took the time to talk to me like a person and not some dumb female which has happened a lot with other techs. I will absolutely use these guys in the future and will recommend to my friends and family!

We have used Rescue Air for a while now. They always exceed our expectations for cost, professionalism, etc. They installed our new Lenox. When they say they always stand behind their products and service they mean it . Blake Killgo has been our technician for the last two maintenance calls and he is just wonderful.

The guys did a great job this morning. This company is reliable and efficient. I recommend it highly. (I have requested a new upstairs vent n i am certain they will bring it in at their convenience to replace an old tarnished one.)
