Our A/C wasn’t keeping our house cool which is a must in this Texas heat. We had one guy come check it out and he put freon, made no difference. Luckily we were able to contact Troy who was able to help us out that same day! Took his time and was able to fix our A/C! Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend him and Master Tech.

I have had two extremely positive experiences with Master Tech Service Corp. Last year after severely diminished A/C performance, I called and Troy came out next day to take a look at my system. He laid out all my options and was honest and forthright about my A/C condition without trying to push me into making a sale. We ended up agreeing on replacing the A/C and the team did a fantastic install. Any minor hiccups that occurred Troy came out personally to make sure they were fixed.

A year later, Clavio showed up for a check-up on the system and went over everything with me afterwards in great detail and explained anything they worked on and why. Both Troy and Clavio were exceptionally professional and I would absolutely recommend business with Mastertech Service Corp again based on my experiences with them.

Mr. Henry and Ezekiel did a great job. They were pleasant and worked diligently to complete the maintenance of our system.

We have used Master Tech Service Corp a number of times to service our air conditioning and have always found them to be reliable and professional. They respond quickly to queries and we will definitely use them again in future.

These techs have been to the house 5 times in two weeks. Under warranty, they have replaced the drive board (twice - once was 2 years ago, the other was a week ago) and the compressor. They have reassured us that this last fix (Friday's new compressor) was the permanent fix and that we'd have no further issues. SATURDAY, not even 24 hours after they installed the new compressor, the AC threw the same codes along with a new one, just for fun. They don't work on weekends - our closest tech is off Friday-Monday. I called the office this morning to request another service appt and to speak to a manager. I was informed that they are closing their West Texas services and are transferring all clients to The Darville Company with no notice. Again, I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was informed that I would not be able to do that. Then, in all honesty, I raised my voice to tell the woman who wasn't listening, that I wanted to speak to a manager. She then stated that I wasn't going to do that, that I needed to speak to the new contractor and that if I continued to ask for a manager instead of just taking the phone number, she'd hang up on me. Which she did. Loved completing THAT survey, BTW. Here's hoping the new contractor can do a better job.

The technician was so professional and such a nice person. Henry got the job done in no time and took photos of the work he felt needed more attention on the unit. I will be with this company for future service.
