    Master Tech has been assigned to us a few times through our warranty company. We have been very pleased with their work when they have come out. I have since then used master tech on other issues that have come up. In fact we had a warranty claim that was a complete disaster that i called master tech to clean up the warranty cos mess. Troy, Ezekiel, Elizabeth and Samantha were fantastic. Customer service was excellent.

    Our a/c went out during the day. We asked our neighbors for an a/c repair company reference. They were quick to give us Troy's name from MasterTech Service Corp. My husband called him and he was able to make it out the same day. He repaired the problem and went over and beyond and cleaned our unit. He was in no rush and spent time talking to us explaining the unit. Keep in mind, this was later in the evening, when he could have been at home eating his dinner in his cool air conditioned house. : ) We appreciate the quick response and the time Troy gave to us and our cool air conditioned house.

    Holy salesman. These techs are obviously paid commission, very thorough but I felt more they wanted the sale than what was best for me. I just wanted a tune up.

    Master Tech was dispatched to my house through First American Home Warranty because my AC went out. They showed up to my house on Thursday, July 7th to diagnose. The tech then packed up everything and said he had to get it approved and it would likely be the next day. I called First American on Friday and they said it was all approved on Thursday, so I called Master Tech back. They told me that the office manager was out and it would be NEXT TUESDAY before they would be able to approve. The temp outside was over 103 degrees and inside my house was 90 degrees. They REFUSED to try to call someone to get it approved so they could get the repairs done and said it would be Tuesday before the manager was back in the office. This is the absolute worst customer service I have every had. The DO NOT care at all about their customers, only money.

    After spending $2500 on repairs my issue was not resolved. The same leak still exists. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
    ***Update***After speaking with Justin the manager in charge, I was advised he would not be sending anyone out to review the work unless I removed my 1 star review. He actually tried to force me to change the score. I’m pretty sure this is not how a business should be run. Then after speaking with him for a while, I agreed to revisit my review after someone was sent back out to check the work. Justin agreed to send someone out to check the work. Today, no one arrived, and when I spoke with Bethany on the phone, she advised that Master Tech would not be servicing my address. Do I need to pursue legal action just to get someone to take ownership here?

    Clavio came out to do our scheduled maintenance. He checked the unit they installed last year, as well as the second unit which was installed by a different company two years ago.
    He was on-time and was thorough but was in and out quickly (which was great). Explained everything very well. Made sure to clean up everything afterwards. Highly recommend.
