We hired Master Tech to replace the 21 year old ac system in our home after looking at a few other contractors. The experience and service quality was nothing short of phenomenal from start to finish. Troy took the time to educate us on our options and make sure we understood everything. After we agreed to hire them (which was on a Saturday), his crew - Omar and Jay were at our house on Tuesday morning to start the job. Even after working for hours to replace our old system, they would not leave until we were completely comfortable with our new system and all of our questions were answered. Replacing an ac system is a major expense, and we wanted to work with an experienced company who can give us a personal level of service. This is why we hired Master Tech and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Master Tech Service Corp. We were moving into an empty house and the engineer made sure the boiler was working properly and also serviced it. We were so impressed, I asked them to quote us on some central heating work and a new bathroom. Very helpful, professional and friendly company

Problem was ghe Hot water heater was not heating. The technician, Donny, did an excellent job in quickly identifying the problem with a meter which indicated the bottom heating coil wasn’t working properly. When he removed the coil, it had a hole and had split about 8” down one side. This likely occurred by a power surge. Donny was very professional and courteous and completed the job in a timely manner.

Troy did a great job and very knowledgeable about the service. We will be be using him again for future services. Reasonable prices!

I had an emergency plumbing problem that came up and MasterTech came to the rescue. Their service was 5 star, from my initial panic call for help and David who came out that very same day and fixed my problem. I definitely would refer MasterTech to whoever needs AC or plumbing services.

2022: Master Tech continues to provide perfect service and quality. David is an amazing asset and as always provides prompt and quality work.

2021: After less than 24 hours of a freeze break after going 3 days without electricity during Snovid21, Master Tech had his team on site and worked into the evening to repair our leak so we could have water service again. Master Tech is a blessing to our community and does great work for a great price.
