Troy was perfect. This's the 2nd time I have used him. And in both cases, the first company wanted us to buy a new HVAC system from them for $8k+ each. In 1st case, Troy did the work for $1,476 and for $905 for the 2nd case. What else would one ask for?

Today I had the pleasure of Armando coming to my house for a plumbing issue. He and his assistant were very professional, on time and respectful to my house. I am in rental property and do not have a say who comes into my house, it is up to the home warranty company. I am very grateful that they again have chosen master tech. This is the third time they have been to my house for different issues, twice for plumbing and once for AC repair. Each and every time this company sets the standard. Thank you Armando.

Andre was by far the most professional tech I’ve ever had in our home. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went the extra mile to assist my wife and I during a stressful time facing the Texas heat. Highly recommend!!!

Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained what is wrong in the system and provided recommendations. He heard my questions and concerns and answered them patiently. He kept me informed through out the process. Once the work was completed I could see improvement in my HVAC system

Had an issue with my AC dripping from the return vent which ended up needing a full replacement. Troy was extremely helpful and helped walked me through the process of getting a a new AC installed right before the summer heat came in. He came back multiple times to help balance the system and ensure it was running smoothly sometimes very late in the day. I was very happy with this level of service and plan to continue using this company.

Update Feb 2023: I've now used them twice for installs of new AC/Heat pumps at my rental units and can't recommend them enough. Very transparent and very thorough.

Ezequiel was outstanding! He took his time to locate the problem and got it fixed. Went above and beyond to make sure there no cut corners. Will recommend and use them again.

Seriously best plumbing experience I have had a many years and I currently manage over 500 residential rentals so I have lots of plumbing experience. Please don’t use them because I need them full time. Haha.

Technicians came to repair a leaking plumbing flex pipe that had a small puncture. They patched in a new piece of line and were quick and efficient. The services did seem rather overpriced tho for the materials and minimal labor involved for this issue (which is why 4 instead of 5 stars). Technicians were professional and did great work though. I would use again.

Henry was very prompt & cordial. He advised me of observations he had made in my attic & made recommendations accordingly. It was a positive experience.
