Berrett is very good. They have help twice on 2 different occasions.

Brielle from the office here is wonderful. She is very professional and responsive. She schedules things timely and had all the answers to my questions. However, I only gave 4 stars because our first service was scheduled for yesterday 6/19 from 8-10am. We emptied all our cabinets as told and were waiting on them to come. We received a call at 930am saying our tech cancelled for the day and they needed to reschedule. We said absolutely not since they open at 8am we should have been notified way sooner and also all the cabinets were emptied already and everything covered with plastic. So we said we needed someone to come at some point that same day- it’s our first service so that was not a good impression. If we didn’t empty all our cabinets it would have not been such a big deal. So they did and someone came around 2pm. We have pets and in the documents it says “we encourage the pets to leave the home while the tech is treating the areas”, but it does not say it is mandatory. So when the tech arrived we locked the pets in a room (cat & dog) and they said they could only perform half the treatment since the pets were in the house. This is fine but I feel it should be worded or told to us that pets need to leave to get the full treatment. Anyways, it all worked out. We reached out to schedule our 2 week follow up appointment and got that scheduled. Luckily with this company the price was told to us right away, the instructions are clear in the documents (side step the pets), and they break everything down. I do think the scheduling thing is an issue and I understand things come up but it should not be last minute like that. They still get 4 stars because of how it was handled and the office lady (Brielle W.) was very prompt and friendly.

Willie serviced my last rental property and now my new one. He has a great personality, very thorough in explaining the issues I have and what he was going to do to take care of it.

We’ve been with Berrett for 2 years and haven’t had a single issue. They deliver on their promise and customer service is a breeze to deal with.

The person during customer service was excellent 5 star. Although the price is reasonable, the pest services didn't meet our satisfaction to rid our property of insects, both in and out doirs.
