Spoke with appointment scheduler and she is patient and helpful in assisting me in scheduling an appointment for my mosquito service in my crazy busy schedule!
If I have to change my appointment time the schedulers are always very patient and polite when they help me find a day and time that will work.

The men who apply the product to the yard politely notify me by coming to the door and letting me know they are starting to spray and check to make sure that my dog is inside the house.

The same gentleman has been assigned to spray our yard for several years so he knows where our problem areas are and is careful to not spray the product on the children’s outdoor play equipment.

We have used Barrett for several years and will continue to use them in the future.

They are great value, prompt, courteous, and know their business.

After trying two different companies, I called Berrett Home Services and received an appointment the next morning. Two men (one in training) arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and did an OUTSTANDING job talking to me about my issues with tree roaches. They were VERY throughly and told me about each of the things they were doing to tackle my problem. I truly cannot say enough about their customer service and attention to detail. I look forward to my bi-monthly subscription!
