This company is great! Our tech Raymond, was at our house 30 minutes after I maid the appointment, and our A/C was up and running within an hour of my initial phone call. Raymond was super knowledgeable and beyond helpful!

My house has air conditioning and heating system of lone star air systerm company. within 3 years we had to replace the whole system and even I had 1 year warranty but they couldn't do anything about it. And when we asked to check the air conditioning system, I knew that the air conditioner was leaking cold air. after they checked and said the refrigeration system had a leak and it would cost about $2800 to fix. while replacing a new air conditioner only costs $ 2800. and I did not accept . they say they have to pay for a leak test for $384. I was shocked really. This company is really bad. and the whole air conditioning system has only been used for only 3 years. I'm really over disappointed.

I had originally posted a 1 star review due to issues I had with a new unit (18 months old) installed by Lone Star. Bruce was kind enough to reach out personally to discuss the problem, explain how it occurs, and remedied the situation in a fair way. Unfortunately, lone star is installing another companies product which can have issues but they will work with you on the warranty claim and then on the labor as well. I was a detractor but I fully support this business and would recommend and use them in the future.

This company was very professional, attentive, and accommodating. I was assisted by two different technicians Ricky and Ray within a 2 day period. They both followed up with me via telephone multiple times to see what was going on with our system. Ricky was able to come out early on a Sunday morning and fix the issue quickly. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this company!

Raymond did such a great job coming last minute and fixing the problem with our unit. We called at 11 pm! He was here in less than an hour on a Saturday night. We were able to sleep comfortably and our kids weren't complaining anymore. He is a life saver!

Mr. RICKY was awesome!!! He showed up on time and fix my A/C even after business hours keeping me updated on his arrival time due to the volume of customers he also helped assisted as well. I’m HIGHLY satisfied with his service as well as his customer service skills. Would definitely recommend this company due to his EXPERTISE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We called Lone Star late in the day regarding an issue with our AC unit, and they had someone out early the next morning. Ricky was efficient and patient, and resolved our issue quickly. He taught us how to install and use our smart thermostat app, and became best friends with my dog...which is obviously very important.

Ricky was super professional and knowledgeable!! He fixed my system and got heating and airing balanced and now I’m rocking and rolling. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately. He also explained everything during the process and once he was finished. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. I will definitely use Lonestar again!! Thanks Ricky!!
