Lone Star Air Systems

Brian came out today to provide semi-annual maintenance service on our furnace. He checked out both systems and also explained what he was doing as he went along. Everything is in tip top shape. Very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Lone Star for your HVAC service.

After the past two techs couldn't figure out what was wrong with our AC system not cooling. Ray the lead tech with Lonestar was outstanding in explaining thoroughly the process and took his time and found out the issues wrong with our AC system . Would highly recommend Ray to take care of your AC system and i would personally want him to service my house for now on and no one else.

Raymond and Hector did a great job today. Very nice and polite. I appreciate them taking the time to explain what they were doing to fix the issue. I hope if we have any other issues they are the ones who return!

Air conditioning went out and I made a call at 6 in the evening. Michael arrived at my house at 930 and stayed persistent until he restored my service ( left my house at 11pm). He could have easily said this can wait till tomorrow. Thank you for outstanding service!!

Lone Star Air Systems did a fantastic job at repairing the air conditioning at my home. We lost a/c one morning due to an equipment failure and they were quick to respond to our call and diagnose the problem. Their team was courteous and professional and had the outside unit changed out within one day at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all your A/C needs.

Ricky came to fix my air conditioner in the storm/flood. Even though the weather is extremely bad he still made his appointment and didn’t cancel on me. He came with shoe cover and that’s a PLUS for me . It didn’t take him long and he was very helpful with what happened and maybe why it happened. Thx you so much Ricky! My original communications took longer to receive than what I cared for. The VP called me back and ensured that my needs were cared for. Lead tech Raymond serviced my heating system today. But none importantly, he solved a problem I have had with excessive hummidity in my home. He determined that my thermostat was incorrectly set with fan on. He adjusted it so I should not have problem again. Thank you Raymond.

Ricky was a great service technician. He answered all my questions and had my air back working very quickly. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Lonestar.
