The technician, Gabriel, was courteous and provided a comprehensive explanation of the maintenance he was performing. I shared some concerns I had and he assured me he would forward them to his superiors to try to address them. Overall, it was a positive experience.

They are waiting for the part to replace, it has being in backorder for four months, but every time the issue repeats itself with the thermostat they come and fix it! They are going thru a lot of restructuring and has really affected the way they do business, the management promises they want to meet with us, they make appointments and never show, wish them the best, but that's not the kind of service nor relationship my business needs!!!!!!
