Swift Air Conditioning

I purchased an air conditioning unit from Swift Air partly based in the good reviews I read. Sadly, I did not have a good experience.

My unit was installed on in August 2021. They promised a programmable thermostat as part of the purchase. As of today, they have not delivered on that promise.

Furthermore, the quality of installation is questionable. In two separate occasions, the unit has leaked into the condo below. The second time it was so bad the occupant had to leave. They came out 3 times before the fixed the leak the second time.

They promised to fix with a custom made pipe piece. Another promise on which they did not deliver. We have a container under he piping just in case.

This week was the last straw. The unit was not delivering heat in the cold weather. An appointment was made for them to come and look at it. They never showed up, definitely not the first time this has happened.

If you need to buy an air conditioner or have one repaired, I cannot recommend this business.

I wish I could give this company a ZERO but it won’t let me . After having a unit installed , I was supposed to have the invoice sent to me to sign off and receive the warranty and the unit permitted. It’s 3 months later , never recieved an invoice and did not ok the charge on my credit card, but they charged it anyway. Have not received the warrantee . Have dozens of phone calls to them and they never returned the call ONCE.
In addition, they were supposed to have the unit permitted , at first they said it didn’t need to be permitted and then said they would schedule it ………it’s been almost 3 months and they have NEVER received a return phone call or any permit scheduled.
Lastly , when it got very cold , the heat did not work , I called 5 days straight and once again they never returned my calls and it got down to 33 degrees a number of nights in a row.. the unit was never fixed I will need to sue them

Fantastic response time, the service was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous, will absolutely be using this company again. Very impressed!

We just had a new AC installed in a unit in Kings Point. I dealt with Manny from beginning to end. He showed up on time for the initial consultation and we discussed the options and pricing. He was able to be the most competitive with the better AC 16 seer condenser. A week later I called him to have the AC installed. Again, his employees showed up on time. They installed the AC in about 3 hours. They were neat, professional, polite and friendly. That rarely happens to me with the contractor I have dealt with here in Florida. I highly recommend Swift Air Conditioning. Truly the best!

We’ve been fighting with our air conditioner for the last year due to a lot of issues. We received one diagnosis with a repair cost more than we wanted to spend. Called Manny for a second opinion and he gave us the same diagnosis but with a lower price. On the day of the repair, his guys had run late so they worked well past 5pm on a Friday. I appreciated that they didn’t just clock out and put us off for another day. I am happy to say that our a/c is now working the way it’s supposed to and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Manny and his company.

I recently had a new unit and thermostat put into the home I reside in. I enjoyed the experience I had with swift air. The job was quoted and done right the first time. The staff was professional and courteous. I was supplied supplemental air until my unit was delivered and installed. The install went smoothly with limited disruption to me or my family. Unit and thermostat looks good to me.

I am a home inspector and have dealt with tons (no punn intended) of HVAC Companies and by far Manny the owner of Swift Air Conditioning is the best! He is on time, honest, stands behind his work and has financing available to those who need it. His prices are beyond and installation along with warranty are incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SWIFT AIR!

I used swift ac just over a year ago to replace my old AC unit. It went bad in the middle of the night and they were able to come out the next day and replace the entire unit at an amazing price. Today, almost 13 months later, I come home from work on a Friday evening and my AC wasnt working. I call them up. He comes out at almost 9PM on a Friday to look at it. Its was a bad fuse outside at the unit. He replaces it and tell me I'm all set, then refuses to take my money. I cant recommend them enough. I've given his information out to several people and they have all been very happy with the work. I've lived in South Florida long enough to know that this kind of service is rare. If i could give more than five stars I would. Also, manny the owner went above and beyond.

Manny and the crew installed a walking cooler for my business, they did a exceptional job. They were very professional and finished the job on time. Very friendly crew and worked overtime to make sure it met my standards.
