Contacted Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co with an emergency issue on a hot Saturday afternoon suggesting that there was a problem with the installation of my new HVAC system. They sent a technician immediately and prevented what could have been a disaster. They were able to unplug blockage in my drainage system and the technician was very friendly and recommended that we have it checked once a year. Good job.

Dave came out on an emergency visit to troubleshoot the heating system and replaced the thermostat. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. They also made accommodations for the handicap person who lives at the residence by installing an easy to use and read thermostat. I handled this transaction via phone for the person I caregiver for. The price for their services was more than reasonable and he kept me up to date on the repairs as he went along. A+ service.

Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co came out immediately when my 60 year old Fathers a/c kicked off. They were responsive in getting a technician out to his house in a timely manner.
