VERY POOR SERVICE. Technicians had to come back multiple times to try and fix their install. They installed an air handler, didn't finish the job. They refused to send anyone back so we were forced to hire another AC tech with another company and they completed the job. We have photos that their own techs sent to us showing the uncompleted job and they still say it's the customers fault. I do not recommend this company, please save your time and money.

The salesman was very informative. I compared to other hvac company's prices but I didn't get the same timely response. My AC unit was replaced by very professional technicians. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up after the installation.

The company went to replace or fix the pipes that drain out water on the 2nd unit because it was temporarily put to the master bedroom vanity sink so it could empty into the sink.

Do not recommend. I pre-paid for services that were never performed. When I asked for a refund, I was told no refunds would be issued. They were happy to take my money and less than happy to do the work.

I did call the office. Multiple times. Their response to me was that there was nothing they could do despite acknowledging that they charged my card and did not perform the worked that I was charged for. Despite acknowledging that it was their fault that they did not perform the work that I was charged for. This company took money from a military family, acknowledged that they took it (they even provided me a receipt) and refused to refund it. Do not use them.
