ABC took care of my nightmare. I went all day without being able to use our bathrooms or showers because of some sort of blockage. I was waiting for my home warranty to get someone out but finally at 10 p.m I gave up and contacted ABC. The dispatcher said the tech could be out in 2 hours, the tech showed up earlier than expected and took care of the blockage and everything is back up and running as normal. Pricing was also reasonable. I will definitely use ABC in the future for any plumbing issues. Our tech was also great, he was nice, understanding and patient even though I got him out of bed 10 o'clock at night :) Thanks again!!

A little pricey for the work I had dug out the problem he did dig second problem not as much but plumbers were respectful completed job but didn’t inform me on build up clogging pipes they did return to aureate the lines 2 problems after waiting for water in my home for 5 days I’m thankful no more buying water boiling water companies need to reevaluate services for goods ratio a lot of places are loosing quality for quantity nothing against the workers great people just in high demand big thanks to ABC I like to stay with a company I can trust hopefully fingers crossed God bless everyone we are all trying our best

I called ABC to repair a damaged hot water pipe that was leaking in my attic. Of course, this happened after hours so I figured it would cost around $500-$600 for the repair.
The good: They were very responsive, and the technician showed up within 1.5 hours of me calling the company.
The bad: Literally everything else. The technician was poorly equipped and highly disorganized to accomplish the task. He didn't have a key to turn off the water at the street as well as some other tools that I had to lend him because he couldn't find his. He also was afraid to turn off the water at valve that comes into the house because he didn't want to break it (there was nothing wrong with it). He asked me if I'd be willing to turn it so the fault would not be his if it broke. I told him absolutely not, that is why I called a plumber. He turned off the water at the hot water heater and then got to work.
It took him 3 hours to cut ~1.5 feet of pipe, then solder in a new piece. We turned the water back on and there was another section leaking literally 3 inches from where he put the new pipe in. He cut that piece and soldered in a new copper pipe. He used a white bread (I had to provide) clog to keep the water from getting in the way of his soldering. He assured me that the white bread would dissolve, and it wouldn't be a big deal. We turned the water back on and it was working. However, that piece of white bread did not dissolve and proceeded to block my kitchen sink. He then had to spend the next 30 minutes taking apart my kitchen sink to remove the block. All in all, it took him 4 hours and cost me $850 for a 1.5-foot section of copper pipe.
Fast forward to two days later the pipe was leaking again. I called another plumber because I didn't want to deal with ABC again. New plumber came to the house looked at the previous job that was done and nothing but bad things to say. The solder was poorly done, and he said that ABC's plumber should've just cut out that whole section and replaced it with Pex line. ABC's plumber also didn't wipe all of the flux off the old which can cause problems I was informed. The new plumber cut out ~12ft. of bad copper and replaced all of it with Pex. Took him about 1 hour and cost me $175. He also wasn't using a plasma torch around the insulation in my attic possibly causing a fire. He used some clamping tool (not a plumber, don't know what it is called) to attach the Pex to the copper. Don't waste your time with ABC unless you want to overpay for subpar work.

Update:
Two days after I posted this review, a very pleasant gentleman named Mike from customer service called me to get more details about my experience. After we had a civil chat he offered to refund me for the job since I had to call another plumber out who ended up having to cut all of their work out anyway. I appreciated the phone call Mike.
Even though my initial experience was not great, ABC did what they could to make it right. Four stars because even though you refunded my money I still had to deal with getting a second plumber out here. Great customer service though.

Needed water heater diagnostic. They said between 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. I will schedule. Guy came in by 5:30 p.m. to look at the water heater. He said he's not a electrician so he did not shut the power off for the water heater. So he recommended me to get an electrician to shut the power off to the water heater. So he can do his check on the water heater. Then he left.

I had an 8 - 12 window for a water line repair and Justin was there about 09:00, he was friendly, professional and went straight to work. He completed the task in a timely manner and did a great job. Thanks ABC!

ABC Home & Commercial was great from Start to Finish. They called me and kept me informed each step of the way and was prompt and timely. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for awesome customer service during these trying times. It was a pleasure. Great Job to Jordan our Technician as well!!

I called at about 10:30am with a plumbing issue and I was informed about specials and deals they had regarding my issue. I was then told that they could have someone at my place some time during the day. By 1pm I had a technician fixing our problem and for a good reasonable price. Not only did they call in advance they called after the service was complete and taken care of. Thank you for such great service! 10/10 would recommend

Called on Wed & they were able to send Justin out the same day. He was very professional & knowledgeable & replaced our outside faucet with no problems. He was so nice & we will always use ABC for all our needs!

Tried to have multiple services done with this company. Also, phone calls routed to Austin instead of local area of service...

1)Plumbing--plumber recommended my husband to try something first, if this didn't workout we were to take a pic and send it to him before he drove to our place. This was to ensure he had equipment and/or items he needed for this particular work. This made sense to us & agreed. However, after initial suggestion didn't work we sent him pics. He said he would get back with us but never did. He evidently had some family situation, was off work for a time. After about another week passes, I called the office and ask for him to contact us but he never called. That first phone conversation with my husband was all we got.

2) Water Treatment--sale rep in a rush, didn't properly assess property for installment which delayed things and had me questioning their processes as they said, if they have to make holes for deviations in house, they do not do patch work. Why would you tear up a house for installation and not have patchwork included in the package? Their water system also didn't have some other features my hubby wanted. Ended up cancelling but they did refund our money quickly.
3) Lawn care--an estimate was made but they were unable to remove tree stumps (only cut down to ground level) and also unable to do ground leveling since they didn't have equipment. So, we moved on to others.
4) Windows--info was not passed to them about window locations above water but the ones I wanted him to clean were Pella windows that could be done from inside house, anyway. I would think a professional window cleaner would know how to deal with this situation. Yet, he cleaned two other Pella windows that were not above water. Also, people please be informed that Cleaning windows does not include window sills. This was the first time I had windows professionally done as they promoted a sale. So windows cleaned were only ones I couldn't reach and within their sale promotion guidelines. They deducted price due to their inability to do the ones I had initially wanted cleaned. This was ok but still disappointed.
