The service technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. RJ, the service technician was thorough and conscientious. He was friendly and courteous. RJ explained details of the service he completed in a courteous and easy to understand manner. I was pleased with the excellent service that I received.

Technician very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. However, beware pricing of a/c filters. This company has raised their prices, and can be found on amazon for almost half theirs. Just do your research.
