Barker's Heating & Cooling

Our AC went out and I called Barker’s due to their high recommendations from people all over Bryan. They came out in 3 hours & were even a few minutes early on our appointment time. Our repairman was Justin & he fixed it for us in a short amount of time for a great price. The folks here at Barkers are wonderful, kind and professional. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

I am really happy that I contacted these people. Brayden came, did an assessment of the condition of my equipment, and then gave me options for how to proceed. We decided to replace the system. From the system they proposed I could already tell that they were doing the right thing. The previous system was too small, which I attribute to that contractor wanting to get the job, and though I questioned him, he assured me it would be fine. Well, that old system was nothing but trouble. Caleb came today first thing in the morning as promised. He and the other people in his team completed the job in a very professional manner. They protected my carpet upstairs with drop cloths, and cleaned things up as they went. At the end, he made sure to answer any questions that I might have. The system is cooling the house very quickly. I am really happy with their work, and I am glad to know that they will continue to help me with this unit as needed.

Josh Rogers is one of the best technicians working for Barker's Heating and Cooling. It's great to know there service calls are answered till 10 pm! Josh took extra time to explain and answer a lot of questions on the system and why it had a block and shut down. Super helpful and definitely encouraged me to sign up for the annual service plan. Great to know good people are with Barker's Heating and Cooling.

This is easily the easiest review I have ever done. First of all, Matthew Hill, my technician, was top notch. His professionalism, efficiency, and competence are exemplary. He diagnosed, evaluated, and completed the repair work on my AC in 20 minutes. ( That includes 5 minute drive time to home.) This all happened on the 4th of July weekend. I am very pleased with company. They have made me a customer for life and will be servicing all of my properties. I would strongly recommend giving Barker and opportunity to earn your business.

Called Barkers Sunday afternoon around 3pm for an AC that was not blowing cold. They were at the house with a diagnosis within 2 hours. Turns out the old AC had seen its last day. They were able to put a new unit in the very next morning. It was a big expense, but the bill was exactly what they stated. Not a cent more. I value companies doing what they say, when they say they are going to do it, at the price they quote. Barkers did all of these things. I will continue to use them, and would recommend them to others.

Darien and his crew were very well trained and informed. They efficiently while also cautiously installed our new air conditioning system ( outside condenser ) and had our Rhône restored to a comfortable cool air condition ed home within hours of the same day we contacted Barkers Heating and Cooling. It was a great experience and I will refer customers to Barkers Heating and Cooling for HVAC needs and services.

Our tech, Jared, was terrific. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions! Recieved a text and an email when he was on his way. Barker Heat and Air is very easy to work with and flexible when I had to change appointment day! Highly recommend this company, and Jared!

Outstanding service, a member with them really pays off when unexpected situations arise with your unit. Have been using them for a couple of years now and have always received great service. They make recommendations just so you’re aware of what is out there but are not pushy. They genuinely are looking out for your best interest.
