Josh Rogers did a great job in servicing my AC. He’s very good in explaining in terms I can understand… both the technical and finances.

Today, Eden Garcia performed maintenance on two HVAC units.

He arrived on time, did an excellent job, and made several recommendations for me to consider.

This is the second time he has been the technician assigned.

They were able to come early and fix my AC from the time that was originally scheduled. They were professional and explained everything in terms I would understand. It was a quick fix and AC is back to normal.

Cody checked the thermostat, to make sure it was working correctly, after the storm it wasn't coming on. He did a great job, and very sweet.

Joshua did a great job not only fixing the problem, but also explained exactly what was wrong, helping me to understand the problem and where to look if it happens again. I am thoroughly impressed.

Technician called in advance and arrived when he said he would. Since he’d not serviced my home before, he asked for and was given a quick overview of the equipment. He then proceeded with the expected checkout of all the equipment (pressures, start and run currents, coil cleaning, etc.). When finished, he gave me a brief overview of his findings and recommendations. Overall, I was satisfied with his work.

The techs are alway courteous, professional, and hard working. The service from Barkers has always been on time and dependable.
