Unless your forced to use this place for carrier parts , I’d run away as fast as possible the customer service is probably the worst HVAC in all of texas..try 4-6 hr hold wait times and still no one picks up their phones, or answers emails, it’s the Best example of how to not run a business..they rely on carriers name, instead of making a name for themselves… horrible customer service single worst example I can think of…
Will not sell to the public. Luckily, another supplier in Bryan cares enough to not let you be without AC when it's going to be in the upper 90's and 100's this week. Also has 30.06 signs posted, so they're also not very concerned about safety. Not a Texas friendly business.
