Ray and his partner arrived and got right to work. This was a big job and they finished in about 4 hours. (We were expecting 5 hours or so) Ray updated me throughout the process, then showed me how to use the new thermostat. Very pleased! That's why we always use Barker's - they do what they say they will and make sure I understand every step of the way.

Justin did a great job of identifying the issue, he had the item to fix it in stock on his truck, and knocked out the fix in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Barkers to others.
