Precision mechanical came in after ATX Express completely messed up my A/C instead of fixing it. Amy, in the office, is an incredibly sweet person and tried very hard to get us up and running asap. Juan came out to diagnose and get the parts ordered. He also was very nice and you could tell he was good at his job just by watching him. Cody came today to install the new compressor (that Atx express blew with their horrible work) and again he was amazing. He explained everything while he worked and answered all my questions. He stayed afterwards to make sure everything was working correctly. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need. They will be the only ones working on my A/C in the future!!
I normally give praise. This deserves to be heard. Very disappointed.
How does a company advertise they're open 24/7, and not respond within 24 business hours????? My home warranty company sent me this company to fix my a.c. problem. Since 3 PM, 16 September 2017, I've been with out a working a.c., which I reported right away. I quickly received an automated text from cool experts that I'd be contacted within 24 business hours. Also recieved an email. I know Saturdays normally people might not work. However, I got excited to see this company stating they're always open, 24/7. Not true apparently.
Here we are, 11:30 PM, 17 September 2017.....well over 24 hours after the report and not one single phone call back from this supposed 24/7 operating company. They also make you believe they're open because the phone line just says, all operators are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call. I called three different times on 17 September and left 2 messages. No callback, NO text, NO email, nothing.
My 5 year old son has asthma and to make him and my 3 fur babies suffer this heat is very cruel. Thanks to no one contacting us, my son has developed phlegm in his lungs and isn't breathing comfortably. Only when we are not home is he ok. We got back and he started coughing again. Let me guess, not a problem?? In this case it very much is. People with asthma can't have the air they breathe too hot. Irritates the lungs.
This is Texas. No one should endure this torture, especially during the blazing hot period of the day. Don't label you're 24/7 if you don't work weekends. Your automated system is a false advertisement also. We even prepaid our service fee. Now let's see what reason I'll be given for not a single means of communication during these apparent non business hours even though it says they're open 24/7.

Wow; came out on the coldest day in 50 years,kept looking til they found the issue with my furnace, fixed it, and all at a great price. Will use them again. 5 stars!
The technician, Cody Bagby, is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He also was very respectful of my Covid-19 concerns: he wore a mask, I wore a mask, and we kept our distance All in all I am very satisfied..
Cody, the service professional was courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring. He explained the problem in detail and came prepared with the right equipment and attitude to make his visit a success.
After another AC company told us we need Ed an entire new system cool experts came out and repaired our system quickly and effectively. We could not be more happy with them.
