On the 30th of January we smelled burning in our attic through the vents. We turned everything off and the next day called for service. We were not expecting anyone to come on New Year's Eve, but to our surprise Ty made it happen! We were so grateful as the cold weather was setting in. Within days he had the parts and repaired our heating fan and unit! We are so grateful for his Office Manager Tiffany as well. She kept us informed and got us scheduled in a timely manner!
