    Trey Tucker is probably the best AC guy I have dealt with. He was was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he went through the diagnosis process for my AC. He was honest and affordable. He also did a great work for my Dad. I will definitely use him from now on.

    I highly recommend Blue Ribbon. They rediagnosed the problem after another company wanted to charge $3,600 for a coil replacement under warranty. Trey was able to repair the coil and saved me a great deal of money. The AC is doing great and I couldn't be happier. They are very honest and trustworthy.

    After having years of bad luck and experience with other "HVAC" professionals, I called Trey Tucker at Blue Ribbon to install a new unit. He was well aware of my past experiences and he criticized the faulty work of the past "techs" and he shared how honest, fair, and reputable his company was. Understanding that you get what you pay for, I spent the money to purchase a new "high quality" HVAC unit from Blue Ribbon Feb 2021.
    18 months later, I've had several issued with the unit, including faulty wiring. I called Blue Ribbon several times with no answer or call back. When I called with my number blocked, Trey answered the phone but when he heard my voice he hung up. I guess when the problems became too numerous, Blue Ribbon/Trey took the "ignore and it will go away" policy.

    This is the type of customer service you would expect to receive from a shady individual who installs HVAC units at half price. I did not expect to receive this type of service from a reputable company who prides itself on quality work and products. I regret the money I spent with Blue Ribbon. I should have found another company who truly values their work, reputation, and customer service to install my unit. More money doesn’t always equal better service. Very disappointed.

    When we discovered icing on one of our units, we called our current ac company. Although our unit was only 6 years old and repairable they pushed us to replace it at almost quadruple original cost. I called Blue Ribbon at my neighbor's recommendation and spoke with Trey. He came out and walked me through everything. Stressed in no way did I need a new unit and gave me a repair quote lower than the first company. He and his staff were very polite, knowledgeable and performed all the repairs in a timely matter. Can't say enough good things about Trey and Blue Ribbon!

    Trey answered the phone in no time, explained to me their process, showed up on time in short notice(the next day), took his time to explain to me everything he was doing and checking, corrected my low refrigerant problem, didn't try to oversell me on anything, gave me tips about my system and charged a very fair rate.

    Don't hesitate, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

    Blue Ribbon is a great company. This is the second time I have used them to purchase and install a new AC unit. Trey explained everything to me and was extremely professional and informative. Trey installed a 5 ton 16 seer Amana unit with a lifetime warranty.
    I paid much less than I anticipated. Trey showed up at my home at 9:00 am exactly on time and accomplished this task in one day. Blu Ribbon is the best.
