Very confrontational and non-professional guy that came. Left the breaker off after cleaning the outside unit. We found it out accidentally after a day. I would recommend to pay a few extra bucks and use some reputable provider.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company to clear a drain line. When the technician arrived, he did not even attempt to clear the line. He was here for 10 minutes and said that it needed to be re-piped and a pump needed to be added -- to the tune of $900+. I asked them to simply clear the line or replace the existing line that had lasted 31 years. I don't think the UPSELL of the pump is necessary. They refused. We've been going back & forth on a solution for 4 weeks and I now have water coming through the ceiling of my home due to their negligence. HORRIBLE, UNETHICAL COMPANY!!
If you get this company assigned to you, demand a different one.

This is a log review but I really wanted to express my gratitude for Anglin for all they have done for us over the years.
We originally worked with Anglin through our home warranty program. The technician, James, was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and took care of our issue immediately. We started using them for our quarterly maintenance and have used them ever since for all our HVAC needs.
Recently, we had an emergency situation with our heat. I came home to find that our heat was completely out. Our house fell to nearly 50 degrees the first night with freezing weather predicted for the next several days we feared our pipes would freeze and burst. Plus we have a 2 year old and pets so I was scared about what we were going to do. I called Shanell in the office and she was so wonderful. She had James come out on a Saturday to assess the issue. Turned out we needed a part that would have to be ordered from the manufacturer... on Monday when they were open. But instead of just leaving us hanging with no heat for days... James went above and beyond trying to find a solution. He drove all the way to their warehouse to check and see if just on the off chance they happened to have the right part to fit our unit and it turned out he had what we needed! He came all the way back and installed it that evening and even ran into another issue with our unit which he also went ahead and repaired so that we could get the heat flowing in our home. James made sure we were completely taken care of and everything was working 100% before he left. So relieved to wake up to a nice warm house with the snow falling outside!
I am SO GRATEFUL for this company and the service they provide for us again and again. They really care about their customers and will go beyond the extra mile to help make sure you are taken care of. Thank you Anglin! Keep up the good work.

Your technician, James, repaired the a/c window unit in my son's apartment earlier today. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. Great job! It's cold in here already! I also appreciate the maintenance advice to keep the unit working properly. Based on my experience today i recommend these guys!

Unfortunately, I do not know where to begin. I'm the owner of the home and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of accurate communication. We were assigned to Anglin by the warranty company. Then someone else signed me up for the maintenance. Needless to say I reported a problem after a quarterly service . It took several days to get here, yet I read they are a 24 hour company. I have a severely disabled daughter who cannot breathe in the heat due to her respiratory issues.Lucky our home has two units but carrying a 160 pounds up two flights of stairs is alot. Further the upstairs unit is now having problems due to the time frame we have had to utilize the unit to cool a 3400 square foot home to keep my daughter from having a asthmatic attack and seizure. Problem still exists. The neighbor who owns an accredited BBB company heard the noise our unit was making and asked that I record it and call them right away. I must say the one technician I speak to is very knowledgeable about air conditioners much like my next door neighbor and he is very pleasant. The discord appears to be a trickle down effect.

Showed up on time and gave an accurate time of arrival the day of service. Technician was able to quickly resolve my AC units problem. They ordered the parts while the service technician was able to temporarily get the unit to work until the new parts arrive. Super friendly staff and very professional with years of experience. They kept me updated on the date the new parts were being delivered and scheduled the appointment to repair the unit for the following day. Thank you for the great service.

Y'all... steer clear of this company... and do NOT sign up for their maintenance plan!! Their service is HORRIBLE!!! They don't show up when they say they will... and when they finally do they are ill-prepared. James, one of their technicians, is incredibly rude. And the owner, Shenelle... even after all of their service failures and their technician cursing me out in my house for THEIR mistake, she refuses to release me from their year long quarterly maintenance contract. And I still don't have the filter that should have been installed on Saturday... just really disappointing. Stay away!!!

Amazing company! Called them in the morning to make an emergency appointment and I was being serviced by 4PM that evening! The tech was very professional and assisted me with all the questions I had! I am no longer burning to death and I have found my new favorite HVAC company!! I highly recommend them and their services!

Anglin Services just came to my home and installed a motor and performed a preventative maintenance service. The tech was professional at doing his work and the office staff was great. I recommend Angling Services to anyone, can't wait until my next service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't use this this company. Unfortunately our warranty company sent them out. They didnt know what they were supposed to charge and what the warranty company pays for and overcharged us by $1091 -still waiting for the refund. They came to fix a very new unit claimed there were all kinds of things wrong with it as well as a big freon leak. During this visit the technician who I believe is also the owner walked mud all through my house didnt clean it up. Said it was fixed, then less than 48 hours later the temperature has gone up from 71 to 74. I call to tell them and was told by the receptionist (who I believe is the technician's wife) tells me that 74 degrees is not hot?! Technician comes out the next day is rude and arrogant trying to tell me they do good work. He lectures me about servicing my unit which is serviced every six months shows me no less than 4 times where he fixed the leak and claims this new leak has sprung up bc the unit hasnt been serviced. Do yourself a favor and call someone reputable.
