blue ribbon heat and air came to our house, we did not think the air conditioner was working correctly. turns out it was not. they charged us good price. and were very fast. we will use them again!

I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness Trey shows every time he comes out. Does a great job of explaining everything and wants to help and not just looking to make a quick buck. Will definitely call him again!

Our system went out the day after we closed on our home and our new home warranty policy would not cover a new system.

Trey Tucker came in and saved the day! He came out to give a replacement system and had his main tech show up to confirm the best way to approach our unique situation. They saved me over $6,000.00 and I got the system I WANTED! I chose them over 3 others companies that were trying to force me to get Lennox equipment which I didn’t want. They installed 2 new systems to replace my single system. They installed new duct work in the attic and everything works great! I can sleep comfortably now thanks to Blue Ribbon Heat & Air!

We've been using Trey for a while now to take care of the units at my office and he's done an excellent job for a good price! Highly recommended!

Blue Ribbon did a great job for us this last week when our AC went out. After calling in, Trey came the next day to inspect and had a plan for us that day. He prides himself on being a “repair” man rather than a “sales” man, which I truly appreciated. The prices we received were very fair and he was able to give us a discount on several things because we had a lot to be done. When the team came to replace one unit and one coil (the unit was more than 30 years old!), they were on time, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. There was essentially no trace of them other than the working AC 😅

Trey was there twice that day just to check up on the progress and make sure everything was up to their standards. So glad to have found this company, and they will be taking care of any future issues we have!
