Our AC and heat when out at our shop. Nick was very helpful helping us pick out a new unit. We ended up going with a more expensive unit he recommended. It works amazing and our utility bill has gone way down! Then they hooked us up with a 0% interest loan. So it’s pretty much paying for itself. I am planning on using them to install new ac/heat in my home next. I highly recommend!!!

Acme Air Conditioning & Heating were fantastic! They thoroughly explained all options making it easy to make a decision. I now know more about how my system runs because of them. Fantastic customer service - Acme has bailed me out of my HVAC problems on more than one hot Summer day! Everyone on the team is responsive, on-time, and follows-up, and they’ve provided opinions on what the ”best fix is” that isn’t necessarily the highest cost. Great company, won’t use anyone else!

I called Acme to come service our AC unit, and they arrived within the hour. Kris was amazing, went over and above, and provided the highest quality service. Our unit is running properly which is especially nice as we are reaching the summer months. He even called me on the following day to verify everything was working as it should. I won’t call anyone other than Acme going forward.

I called ACME air on a Thursday afternoon because my heat wasn’t working and they scheduled someone to come out first thing in the morning on Friday. Nick from ACME was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a tripped switch. He inspected the system and determined no further repairs were needed. I would highly recommend ACME. Trustworthy service companies are hard to find, ACME is one of them.

Have been using ACME since they installed our units. The same technicians perform the maintenance that installed the system. They have been great to deal with and our new system is saving us money over our old one!

We had an issue with a control board that took several visits, diagnoses, and phone calls with the manufacturer before the problem was pinpointed and fixed. This was after several other companies came and dismissed the issue and/or would not put the time in to find and fix the problem and not just the symptom. I would never hesitate to recommend Acme and Matt to anyone and everyone who needs a good honest HVAC company. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Had new AC System installed yesterday- The crew were here exactly on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They took out the old units and reinstalled new Trane units and even cleaned up afterwards! They worked around a supply chain issue so that i didn;t have to wait! Highly recommend

Acme Air recently replaced one of our units. They were professional & prompt & we were pleased with the cost/value of the replacement. They explained everything thoroughly & answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend them & will be using them in the future!

Quick response and great customer service. Repaired an old unit an recommended some upgrades to improve my systems performance. Used their services at my girlfriend's house as well and they did an exceptional job, even for a minor service. Clean, reliable, and affordable. I will be using this company in the future and highly recommend them for any HVAC services you may need!
