HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Nick was excellent. I had a huge problem with another company (TX AC Specialist, owned by Strand). They refused to honor their warranty. I called Nick. He diagnosed the problem, got it fixed, did superb work, cleaned up. He checked the entire system and even recommended replacing a cheap electrical part installed by the bad AC company. Anyway Nick got everything working, the got the attic coil (an expensive part) replaced under manufacturer's warranty. A GREAT JOB. Use Nick for AC.

ACME is honest, reliable, and by far the best AC company my wife and I have ever used. On a Friday afternoon around 4pm we had an issue with our upstairs unit. I called ACME and had the problem resolved within hours. We highly recommend this company!

Each day the Acme employee called to check on status and kept troubleshooting with me until he identified the very rare but easy to fix problem. They other companies I called were not dedicated to fixing the problem. Acme customer service is excellent and they are a one of a kind small business in this industry. Everyone is extremely professional and I trust them both inside and outside my home. I highly recommend you call Acme to fix, replace or maintain your central air and heating in your home. I used ACME Air Conditioning and Heating right before the big winter storm. My unit started making a weird noise and ACME had some scheduled and out to my house right away. The technician, Nick, was great! He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a couple of hours. The cost was much less than I expected and I felt very fair. It has been a couple months since the repair and everything is still working great (even throughout the winter storm with the heater running nonstop!). I HIGHLY recommend ACME to anyone with HVAC issues!

Very satisfied with Acme A/C and Heating. They replaced my 30 year old unit last month. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They did not use scare tactics, and are sensitive to the fact that a new unit is a major purchase. I have zero regrets about our new unit, and would definitely use these guys again. Thanks!
