Our A/C stopped working last night and in this Texas heat that is a BIG no. My husband called Acme this morning and they were on-site by early afternoon and our A/C was fixed within 30 min. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend Acme!

Showed up on time and diagnosed the problem right away. Quoted me the cost for fixing the issue and they were reasonably priced.. fast and friendly tech took care off my issues and was very helpful. Highly recommend Acme Air Conditioning & Heating..

AC stopped blowing cold. Found out the coil was corroded from a aluminum copper coil that came with the new house. Apparently all coils will eventually have to be replaced at around 5 years or so depending on how hard you use it and how often you clean it. Mike was an incredible repair technician very honest not trying to take advantage or upsell services you didn't need. He was on time and very professional got the work done very quickly went through agreed to the services. Definitely go for the maintenance option you get 15% off the services if you do that!

Mathew is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. I was very impressed by him.

Mike the tech was great he actually saved us over $300 by fixing the issue that caused our thermostat to stop working….Mike texted us to let us know his ETA was and showed up on time… we got the yearly service package today….. Acme is a great company with great people

Nick was super awesome. Major storm came through the area last night and most likely damaged my AC.

In a major panic I contacted Acme and they sent Nick out within 20 minutes. He was super friendly, professional and able to successfully diagnose the problem and solve it on the spot!

A potential repair that could’ve costed thousands of dollars was a FRACTION of that.
