Came very quickly and provided a very reasonable price for the repairs. Another company insisted it would be a 15k job, while ACME quoted 3k. If you want quick, honest and reliable go with ACME. Otherwise you'll be on a payment plan for 10 years with another company (Strand Brothers 😵)

Mike A. was our service technician. He was on time, professional and took the time to explain his process with me. We had him booked to provide maintenance to our air conditioner and while he was running tests he found a natural gas leak! Yikes! Not only did he discover the leak, he fixed it on the same visit. THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE! Looking forward to working with you again in the near future! I highly recommend this company. 5 stars!

I couldn't express my appreciation enough. ACME was professional across the board. They were able to assist me on short notice and that means alot and goes a long way. Nick is in one word: awesome!! He came out on a Sunday, quickly repaired an issue of no AC. His prices were quite reasonable for his bank of knowledge and superb service. We had another AC service out earlier in the week (the unit worked then). Although I’ve worked with the other, reputable AC group in the past, what Nick did and advised us to do to get new units, far surpassed what had been earlier provided by the other AC group. He’s not a salesman. He knows his stuff. He’s not going to over sale. We’ll get a bid from him for our new units and have no doubt that we’ll be working with his team for a new install. You’ll also appreciate his kind, easy going, authentic manner. Five stars all around.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air and we called them and were very pleased with their service. They were very responsive, professional, and were able to come and have everything fixed in less than 3hrs. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Nick and ACME deserve a 10/10! The receptionist was extremely kind and scheduled us for a next day appointment. Nick was on time, honest, and diligent! We will absolutely use them in the future and refer everyone we know to them.

We had the dreaded "AC blowing hot air" again and were referred to Nick Nicastro at Acme AC & Heating. Initially they sent Leo out to test for leaks in our system. We had leaks in both coils! (we have 2 units) Replacing both coils was going to be expensive and this was not our first time recharging the leaked refrigerant. We needed to consider installing 2 new systems. We had Nick come out and examine our overall HVAC system and discussed what we wanted. He prepared a couple of options, depending on our budget. We made our selection and were scheduled for installation the next week. Nick and his crew worked all day long to get 2 heat pumps, 2 air handlers, 3 thermostats installed and working and some duct modifications completed. Pretty amazing! We were very impressed with Nick, Leo, Michelle, and everyone at Acme AC & Heat. Great experience!
It's actually been 3 months since the install and what a difference the new systems have made. They are way more efficient and my electric bills have dropped noticeably. I'll be using Acme for my annual maintenance and any future repairs!
