Del's Heating & Air Conditioning

I got 3 other bids, and Del’s was the best. Workers came when scheduled, and completed installation in half a day, with no additional charges or supposes. Everything is working fine. I would recommend Del’s to anyone as a good company to deal with.

I called at 4pm on a Tuesday and a technician came the next morning. My HVAC was not coming on and the tech found a short in the thermostat fuse and then found the cause of the short, the contactor. I was worried it was going to be worse. The tech was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. As a single mom I felt comfortable and will definitely stick with Del's for any future HVAC needs!

1) They answered the call immediately! 2) They scheduled someone to come within 45 minutes on a Friday evening! 3) The service agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled! 4) They fixed the issue within an hour! 5) They were fair and reasonable in the cost! This is a rare combination, I was grateful to find Del's.

AC was having trouble keeping up and I made an appointment online for the next day in the evening.In the middle of the night it quit working completely so I sent a message saying if they had earlier availability it would be great. They messaged me first thing and had someone out by 9am. He had the part that broke in the vehicle and was able to fix it in 20 minutes. Awesome service!!

When I had a problem with my A/C on the hottest day of the year, Del (the owner) came out within an hour to assess the problem. He didn’t have the part but offered to come back first thing the next morning. The fix was reasonably priced, there was no attempt to upsell something I didn’t need, and he is a super nice guy. Thanks for a great experience!

Adan arrived promptly at the scheduled service time. Due to the fact my sprinklers had watered my lawn earlier, I was somewhat concerned about my freshly cleaned carpets, however; Adan was prepared and promptly slipped on his shoe coverings. Adan diligently serviced my ac systems and identified a couple relatively minor issues which I was aware of via a prior service call. We discussed in detail my options regarding addressing the issues. I was given a reasonable quote to get the issues corrected. Bottomline, I was happy with the service.

These guys rock. I needed a quick check-up/service as part of a real estate contract. And these guys made it happen, fast; like within two hours of my phone call fast. The customer service was spectacular. Freddy was awesome on the phone and described the pricing and time table to get someone out to my house ASAP. Pablo was quick, timely, super nice, and just a good, friendly person to be around. I'd recommend these guys to anyone --- including buyer(s)/seller(s) and realtors. Skip the mainstream A/C folks, go with these guys.
