I knew they had great service, but got three bids anyway on a total HVAC replacement (ducting and all). After all, the existing system was 17 years old. They were very competitive in their pricing and called me days in advance to confirm our appointment. They arrived at 7:00 am as promised and, boy, did they work their tails off. They said they would be done by the end of day and I was a little skeptical. However, they did what they said they would do and they were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Probably the best experience I've had with a contractor in the last 10 years. By the time they were done on the coldest day in Austin so far, I was warm and toasty by sundown. A great job! We have had this company out to service our AC a few times and most recently they installed an air scrubber to sanitize the air quality for our house. With the increase in Covid numbers and extended rainy season, we know there are things in the air that need to be killed before they get to us. The technicians, Bladimir and Demetri are always very professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to talk through what they did and provided recommendations for continued quality. I appreciate their expertise!

Dimitri got home before the schedule time and provided a fast diagnostic and fix it fast. I recommend him. Del's has been always great to fix the old AC unit I have.

My AC went out on a Friday night. I called Del's Saturday morning a tech was very quick to arrive. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes and at a great price even last minute on a Saturday. I would highly recommend them.

We have the maintenance contract with Del’s and they’re good about scheduling, the technician arrives when expected and he provides pictures to show what he’s looking at, which is comforting. I’ve used Del’s service since buying my house and am pleased with their service. Would recommend.

I was referred to Del's Heating & Air Conditioning Service by a friend who told me he had used them for years. Now I know why. I called on a Tuesday morning; Del's team was able to send someone the same morning to assess the damage to my old A/C system. They also answered all of my questions patiently, while also providing answers that logically aligned with the research I was already doing on my own. Then they were able to obtain a new system that fit my home needs, and came first thing the next morning to install the new system. Del came out personally to oversee all work. Showed and serviced my ac unit. Repaired in a timely manner. Technician was professional and courteous.

The technician was professional, polite, informative, and helpful. He fixed our AC in no time. Additionally , whoever we spoke to on the phone was great as well. He was able to get someone to our house after hours within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
