Del's Heating & Air Conditioning

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Del’s came by and tried to restart our compressor, but wasn’t able to get the old girl running again. They installed a brand new unit the next day. Great service, honest people, and I felt like they did quality work.

Demitri was professional and very knowledgeable about our problem. He was able to get us back into the cold air. We appreciate it Demitri and Dells.

I’ve used Dell’s HVAC for eight years and can’t say enough good things about them. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They don’t try to upsell you on services you don’t need. They give you an honest assessment and I have always appreciated that. I’ve recommended them to several friends. My HVAC repairs are one thing I don’t stress about. I know one call to Dell’s and they will send someone ASAP to check it out.

Called Del's today because my ac wasn't blowing cold air. They had someone out within 2 hours of my original call and were very straightforward. Pablo gave me some great tips for taking care of my ac unit in the future, price was significantly lower than I expected, and he replaced my broken thermostat with the new one I had purchased free of charge! Such a great experience with an exceptional company! Highly suggest them!

The service tech arrived within 4 hours of my call, as promised. (I didn't even ask for a priority call.) He was courteous and considerate. He explained the problem and told me the cost of a replacement part. He also offered to clean the faulty sensor and to see if function would be restored. He made no promises as to how long the fix might last. Given the age of the furnace and the emaciated condition of my pocketbook (I had to have Del's replace the HV/AC at a duplex this June--another very satisfactory job), I chose the cleaning. I was billed for the service call and about 15 minutes labor.

Capacitor and Freon. Same day service. Called at 7 AM and they showed up at my house by noon. Unbelievable. Rico was great.
