Palady Air Services

We needed a new AC/ Heater unit as ours was installed in 1998. We got three different estimates and Palady provided the best value. They were not the lowest but gave us more for our money and even worked with us on the final pricing. When Justin Garner and Chad Wymore came to install the new inside and outside unit they were highly professional. They put down tarps and were careful to not make or leave a mess. They even cut and installed two new vents in our living room and there wasn't a trace that they had been there. They cleared and removed all the trash and there was a large concrete pad from the previous outside unit that they also moved for me! If you are looking for a new install or just reliable service take a hard look at Palady and I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

4th of july weekend. Had my AC quit working. Called Palady air. They had a technician (michael) out within 4 hrs. Diagnosed three separate problems. He fixed all three and i had to buy new filters. Very professionally ran. Easy to work with and very knowledgable.

Found 24 years of service records from Palady Air Services on my air conditioners when I moved into my home. Those three a/c units are now the only parts of my home I haven't had to replace! I've used their service ever since that and always been happy with the results. Comfort club is great...haven't had any issues on any of the 3 units since I got involved.

Palady Air replaced our A/C unit and we are very pleased with the service we received. First of all, they called to schedule the service. Then they came by the day before to check everything so they would have everything they needed. The day of the replacement, they were on time, efficient, pleasant and thorough. They got the job done In a timely manner, checked everything out thoroughly and cleaned up their mess. Very professional and efficient. Would recommend and use again.

These guys had my antique of an air conditioner out and replaced with a brand new one within 24 hours of the first phone call! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the work itself is of the absolute highest quality. It’s hot out there, and Michael and his team saved us!

Highly recommend this company! I work out of town and my wife called at 8:30 at night saying the AC wasn’t working.......It’s August....in Texas. HOT! I called Michael Carter with Palady Air Services and he showed up at our house within 30 minutes. He found the issue and had us back up and running in no time! I will be using them again!

My ac went out last year had someone come and fix it but it was still doing the same thing this year I called palady air they came the next day had it fixed in less than 20 minutes they have another loyal customer.
