Friends recommended Palady Air Services due to their honesty and quality of work when my AC unit quit working in mid July and I’m so glad I took their advice! Jessica was efficient and courteous in taking my information over the phone even though my hearing impairment complicated things. Michael was able to check the unit that same day and make the repair quickly and at a very fair price. These two turned a stressful situation into a good one. I highly recommend this family-owned company!

I called Palady Owner ..And told him my a/c stopped Working .

It didn’t took him not even an hr And came by look at it and had it Working in a Good in Very And Resonable Price !!

I am very happy that Palady was recommended. Another company came and said I needed a entirely new AC unit, had no coolant, etc.
Michael came out as soon as I called and said he could repair the problem. He was honest, quick, and helpful. He didn’t charge as much for the small amount of coolant, the service call, and of course saved me the cost of a new unit.
As a single, senior citizen, I would recommend Palady as a honest, fair, and safe company.

Micheal did an excellent job finding the issue and showed us how to maintain our system. We will definitely call them again if we need HVAC. Highly recommend!

Palady installed two large units on our roof and have performed many very pleasant visits to repair our ac at Athens Bowling Center.

Palady Air always provides excellent service in a kind compassionate and highly effective manner. The latest service call had him going under a wasp filled underneath house to fix chewed wires that were no longer making a connection. Praise the Lord he was able to fix it. I have an 84 year old mother that can’t stand the heat very well and Palady Air always makes it out to take care of us. We are highly satisfied with their service.

Our air stopped cooling around 4:30 in the afternoon. I came home from tutoring and it was 88° in our house. I asked around on Facebook and a lot of my friends recommended Palady Air. So I called them and spoke with Jessica. She took my name and information and then had Michael call me later. He came out later in in the evening and got us fixed up. That was huge because a lot of places would not return my calls or we were put on a list for the next day. I’m so thankful to Palady Air for taking good care of us in an emergency situation. We are nice and cool now. ❤️

I had to get a 2nd opinion. Micheal showed up on time and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain what he was doing and show me my issue. On top of all that he was a very nice guy with manners.
I hope not to have any more issues but if I do Palady Air Services is who I will call.
