We really appreciate Palady! We called in the evening with complaints about our AC not cooling the way it should. It has been sooo hot this summer! He came out the next morning first thing and fixed us up. Great service and great people!

My AC quit working this Saturday evening. I had gone out for dinner and came home to a hot house. The high in Brownsboro was 108 today and I panicked! I had heard from post on FB that Palady Air Services is a very good company. I called and within an hour they were here and it was fixed. Excellent customer service and professional . Great service, a/c went out. I spent all day trying to fix it and finally had to call the big guns in. Michael came out within a hour on short notice at the end of the day, went thru the whole unit and diagnosed and fixed the problem like nothing. Palady air are my go to guys for my a/c. Thank you again your guys are life savers.

When our AC/Heating unit broke down, we placed a call to Palady Air & they came to us within 30 minutes. Our unit is over 20 years old & we knew it could possibly need replacing. Michael Carter along with Jim Palady tried to find parts to replace but to no avail. We agreed to install a new unit. This process from start to finish took 3 days. From the service call to the install, Palady Air was in communication with us daily. Jim Palady is a leader in his field. We appreciate the urgency, professionalism, concern & efficiency you’ve shown us. I highly recommend this company.

Air went out the evening before. We slept in 95 degree temp. All night!😫 I called Paliday after researching places in Tyler. Micheal was amazing. He was here within an hour the same day I called and my air was fixed and running an hr later.

Bought home in 2019 and thought I needed to have AC checked out prior to Summer onslaught of heat. Michael was professional, knowledgeable and patient explaining my digital thermostat and briefing me on my AC units overall health (its good!) Will highly recommended AND use again. Thanks

Michael came to do routine maintenance before the onset of our summer heat. The outside unit was the original from when the house was built 17 years ago. The upstairs unit was about eight years old and was continuing to leak Freon and the motor was beginning to fail. He explained the options of doing a partial or complete replacement. We chose to do a full replacement with parts that are made in the USA and a longer warranty. Within a week, his crew came and did the work in just a couple of hours.
