Scott from Blanco came out to see why my Heat Pump wasn’t defrosting properly. He did a through job and determined there was a wiring problem that needed to be fixed. Throughout the process he explained what he was finding and potential reasons why. In the end he fixed my problem quickly and was very pleasant to deal with.

I waited on Blanco air on Fri nite and no one ever came. My son got ahold of someone on Sat afternoon and he came over from a different company. I stayed up watching and waiting outside till 11pm. So extremely hot evening. Used On-Time air conditioning.

Jared was great. We had a bad plumbing problem at our cabin from the recent freeze, and he completed the repairs, was fully transparent about costs and options, took photos along the way, and took the time to talk with me about several other projects. Highly recommend.

Brett and Russell were both very responsive, professional, thorough and efficient. We had a list of issues and they addressed all in a timely manner. Very happy with their service and will contact them for future projects!

Cody Rhinehart did a super job helping get us up to speed on our generator operation, owner maintenance, etc. Gave us a great sense of security right before Ice Storm 2023 hit. VERY professional and personable. Thanks much, Cody!!

Had Semi annual checkup on AC, plumbing and electrical. Extremely pleased with Ritchie (Ricardo) who worked on AC. Explained everything. Pleasant and thorough. Steven checked the electrical panel and all the outlets. Brought some things to our attention and they have all been taken care of. Great job! Jared was also here. He checked all the plumbing and water pressure. All 3 guys did a thorough job. They actually took the time to explain everything to us. We look forward to them coming out again. Thanks guys!

I can't give high enough praise for Mark our technician. He was great at troubleshooting our problem and got our heating up and running in no time. I appreciated his knowledge and friendly manner. Pro-ball all the way! Thanks Mark McMain and Blanco AC & Heating for keeping us warm!
