Ricardo came out this morning for a routine check for our A/C system. While he was here I expressed concerns that I thought I was smelling propane occasionally from our furnace. He did a quick check and sure enough there was a small leak in the hose. Thank you Ricardo for taking this to heart. We really appreciate your thoroughness. He completed the A/C check and advised, due to the age, it will need to be replaced. Again, thank you for your concerns and your advice. You are very appreciated.

I have utilized this business twice now.
Scott came out the first time, as scheduled and on time. He was courteous and professional in behavior and appearance. He quickly identified my issue, promptly fixed it for what I felt was a fair and reasonable price. It was so fair and reasonable that I joined their year long maintenance program. Honestly, I do not remember all of the perks exactly; but I gladly paid the fee to join the program feeling the price was extremely fair.
The second time out, a tech named Cooper came out. As scheduled and on time as usual for this business. He was as Scott was before him, professional in demeanor and appearance. He performed the scheduled checks and maintenance. He informed me of things that may be a concern in the future and concluded the service.
This business is great. They keep to the schedule. The bill is fair and you get good service! Even the front office people are cheerful and friendly when you call. They also have all the tech end figured out. Texts for confirmations with their phone number linked etc. They have obviously put time into the tech and the people parts of their business.
You do yourself a disservice if you go to another HVAC services provider!
Edit…. Just used this service again, and as was expected they did great! Cooper was our tech this time, he was courteous, knowledgeable; and got to work and didn’t mess around! Identified the issue promptly, addressed it and was off to the next one!
I’d have to make up lies to have anything bad to say about this business.
If you are in their service area, you are doing yourself a solid if you rely on them to take care of you! Their Shield program is worth its weight in gold! Don’t miss out!

Brett Holder is a great plumbing technician. We had serious issues with two older tankless water heaters which looked as if they had never been serviced (installed 2007). He did a great job on replacing the severely corroded and cracked input and output isolation vales for flushing deposits from system. We bought the house a year ago and never had consistent hot water on either unit and hardly any hot water to the master bathroom. Over the course of several days he fixed and advised us on how to purge and maintain the system. Today, we have great pressure and very hot water! Before and after pictures are attached on some of his work. I highly recommend these guys. Also, we are not easy to get to. We live half way between Blanco and Wimberley. Didn't seem to bother this company at all. They were on time and have a great computer scheduling system. You can actually track their service truck on your phone's GPS when they leave the office. I will call them again when needed.

Mark took care of issues with our Generac. He was exceptional in his service. He was actually out on Memorial Day. Which we found to be above an beyond.

Ricardo is friendly, efficient, neat and was great to explain what he was doing to resolve the issues with our HVAC unit. He had it up and running in a matter of minutes. Thank you!

Scott, from Blanco AC, Electrical and Plumbing, responded to an emergency call on a Saturday when temperatures were reaching 100* degrees. My AC was not working. He was at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and had the system back up and running quickly. Scott was professional and courteous, a pleasure to have in my home.
