Blanco AC, Electrical, & Plumbing

I called this company to have some plumbing work done and the lady who answered the phone was helpful and friendly. She sent out Brett that same day. He was very professional and personable. This was the first time I had needed a plumbing company since I moved here and I would definitely use them again.

Cooper Rancatore who performed the A/C maintenance on my system and checking up of my ducts was great. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, smart and a cool person to talk to. Before I never met a technician like Cooper who possesses all these good qualities. I signed up for the maintenance plan because I liked the A/C service I got and I may need additional A/C work, plumbing and electrical work in the house as well in the future. It is good to know that this company can help out in all these areas.

Scott arrived a few minutes ahead of the 2-4 pm service window. ✅ He was so kind and spoke in terms that were easy to understand. He answered my general questions and then headed to his next stop. So many service providers want to rush through the appointment these days. Scott took his time completing our service and we greatly appreciate his commitment to detail!

If it was possible I would give Steven and Louis 10 stars! They were curtious and explained everything they were doing. Everything was done perfectly. They cleaned up after they were done and I absolutely love my ceiling fans and dining room chandelier! First Rate and First Class all the way! You've got some premium employees!!!

The A/C Sales Representative was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer our questions. He explained their policies and warranties; which are really good. Unfortunately, it was just a financial reason for us not moving forward with them.

We had our first annual membership electrical inspection by your employee Steven Knowles. He is very friendly and professional. Steven went over what he did and pointed out upgrades that he recommended. Of course, the whole time emphasizing the importance of safety. Steven answered any questions I had, provided pictures and estimates for recommendations on upgrades. Steven is a great employee!

Scott responded quickly on a Saturday to repair my AC unit the was overflowing water onto the floor. He was thorough and clearly communicated the exact issue as well as advised on some proactive maintenance needed. Highly recommend this company based on my experience and have signed up for their maintenance plan - they are now my go to!

Great company and great performance with extremely professional personnel on the job.Zack and the other person l don’t remember his name performed outstanding work installing the new AC system and in record time. I would recommend this company and these technicians for any installation. I also want to recognize Robert for his outstanding performance in coordinating this job and his professional guidance on what system we needed to install as well. This company and these technicians are hard to beat.

Cooper was even a little early, but that was awesome. He spent a good deal of time explaining the issue to both of us, without making us feel ignorant.
After install... Ended up replacing 14 yr old system. Zachary Chandler and his work partner we wonderful. The arrived when they said they would and wasted no time getting the work done. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up when they were done and explained the new system. Overall glad we stayed with Blanco again!

Richie was great! He let me know his arrival time even though it was a same day thing. He fixed the issue quick without placing blame and explained the issue and what he did to fix it. He is certainly a good reason to stay with Blanco.
