Mark was at our home twice and was able to chase down the source of our thermostat failure, which proved to be no simple task at first. After several calls to the manufacturer, the first of which was after hours, he was able to locate an issue with the original wiring installation and make an adjustment. Mark is top-tier and ensured that our system was working properly before leaving. Great service by him!

Cody on the electrical side did a fantastic job. Russel on the plumbing side again excellent. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has been upfront and professional highly recommended!

We needed our air conditioner units serviced for the summer. We also renewed our maintenance warranty with them. Blanco has always came through for us. Cooper came to do our service, he was very polite, nice but professional.

We appreciate Mark's professionalism when he services our a/c and heating. He is informative, curious, friendly and prompt. He is knowledgeable about any technical questions we may have. Also, our dog Millie enjoys his visits.

Technician Cooper Roncatore showed up at the scheduled time and immediately began to proficiently perform the scheduled maintenance on the a/c system. In addition to being a knowledgeable technician he was also enjoyable personal in that we shared mutual interest. Highly recommend him.

Had a drip pan leak. We are from Florida, and initially, we thought it may be 4-6 weeks for a replacement. I stayed here in JC because I was afraid to leave the AC unattended. After learning I'm a cancer patient and needing to get back to Orlando for Dr apts, Armando was able to find a unit going in that would not need the pan. Much to our relief y'all were able to replace the pan in a matter of a couple of days. Dirk and Jesse were so professional and informative, they showed me the damaged pan and were done within an hour. I can honestly say we have never received such prompt and professional service in Orlando. Thank you very much. As long as we are here you will always have our business.
