We purchased a Trane from Chris. He explained the different capabilities of each model, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each. He came back later to install and setup our Nexia bridge for remote access for our thermostat, and he had already registered our product for us. We were very happy with the installation, the product, and the support from Chris.

A/C went out. Very hot in the house. Called Sumrall’s and a technician came right out after hours and got us fixed right up. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with the whole experience.

Technician Andrew Peterson promptly responded to call, made diagnosis and ordered part. He let me know when he received part and installed as scheduled. Excellent!

You were the third contractor I called upon........I liked the fact that you detailed what needed to be corrected & you seemed interested in helping our situation.......The workers listened to our needs and were very much in tune with getting the work completed to our satisfaction....We had a couple of minor issue after completion, your team responded with my concerns & were there to make sure all our issues were rectified.....

Group of liars and thieves. Watch out when you ask them to come to your house and check your A/C. UNTRUSTFUL people that will charge you hundreds for doing nothing. Instead of paying 75$ check fees, I paid them 430$ because they said they added 6# of freon for my 1.5T a/c. They even didnt put a half # in it plus I didnt ask them to put any.
The biggest problem is that thier boss is the worst of them so you can't complain.

Sumrall installed a new Trane upstairs unit . They were very professional and kept everything clean . Also the new unit is working like a champ. Thanks Sumrall

Chris Metreyeon was very helpful and knowledgeable about what A/C Unit I would need in my home. The Techs were friendly and professional. When the time comes I will be getting my next A/C from Summeralls.

Terrible communication along with worse customer service. The technician was amazing but the new owners are running a business on a trusted name but they are a joke. And to your response, you came out last week. March of 2021!
